Congratulations Ironman!
My good friend Michael “Sparky” McLoughlin can now add “Ironman” to his litany of nicknames!
After 2.4 miles of swimming…
White water - the race begins
112 miles of cycling…
Looking strong
And 26.2 miles of running…
Surviving the marathon
He’s thrilled to be alive!
The exhiliration of finishing
After 10 hours and 53 minutes of constant exertion, you did it!
Congratulations! Now back to medical school with you….
